'Checkout' facilities are provided by PayPal, allowing you to pay for your goods safely and easily using a credit/debit card or your PayPal account.
PayPal is the world's largest internet payments organisation. Globally trusted, they allow you to pay for goods on the internet without exposing your credit/debit card or bank account details to individual online merchants.

Stock Availability
Occasionally some of the items that are displayed for sale within this website will also be put up for sale at home parties and/or in the Maid 4 Mum ebay shop. Sales information is updated the next working day, so any unique item that has sold will be removed from the website within 24 hours. It is also possible that more than one order can come in at the same time for the same item.
In the unlikely event that a web-order is placed for an item that is no longer available you will be notified within 48 hours by e-mail and you will be offered the opportunity to choose an alternative item, or else a full refund.
Packaging & Shipping Information
Post and packaging costs vary per item and are displayed individually. If you live locally to Worthing, West Sussex please email your order. You will be emailed back with payment details and details re the collection or delivery of goods.
Goods are generally despatched between 1-3 working days. If there is going to be a delay for whatever reason you will be advised by email.
Goods are generally despatched by 2nd class mail unless you have requested otherwise (whereupon an additional payment will be requested).
Please note that the p & p charges are kept as low as possible but include not only the postage but packing, materials and time involved. The Post Office has recently changed its charging policy and price is now determined by length and width of the parcel as well as weight. You often find that lighter items cost more to post than heavier ones!

Returns & Refunds
Faulty Goods
Please report goods damaged in transit within 48 hours of delivery, and faulty goods within 28 days of receipt, by e-mailing Maid 4 Mum via the contact page giving full details of the problem. You will be advised if a replacement can be made or whether a full or partial refund will be made dependant on the damage.
Goods Lost In Transit
Maid 4 Mum will always obtain proof of Posting from the post office and in the unfortunate event of goods not reaching you, a replacement or refund will be made.
Items not as Described
Every effort is made to ensure that items are described accurately, but occasionally mistakes can be made. Please advise us by email if you are unhappy with the goods you have received.
